If you are an attendee with disabilities, Famous Monsters Halloween Convention™ has implemented the following policies in order to provide you the best service possible.

Attendee Registration

When you arrive to pick up your badge(s), please alert one of the line monitors, and we will happily assist you to the front of the line.

Panel Room Seating

In every panel room, a portion of the front row is reserved for attendees with disabilities or mobility issues. These seats will be kept open until five minutes before the start of the panel. Please note that our panels can, and will, reach capacity, and reserved seats may be filled. It is highly recommended that you do not wait until the last minute to arrive at a panel room, and seating is not guaranteed.

American Sign Language Interpreters

If you are in need of ASL interpreting services, please write to us using the contact form provided on this page.

Wheelchairs

The San Jose Convention Center does not have wheelchairs readily available on-site. You must pre-order your wheelchair in advance prior to the show. For questions, please fill out the contact form to the right.

Guide Dogs and Service Animals

Service Animals are welcome at the San Jose Convention Center provided they are leashed or under similar control as appropriate. The owner takes full responsibility of his/her animal.

Please keep in mind that Famous Monsters Monster Convention™ cannot guarantee any seating, autographs, or giveaways.
