Oscar and multiple Emmy Award-Winning makeup artist MICHAEL WESTMORE graciously invited us into his home to wax about SFX makeup as we prep for the Centennial celebration of the Westmore makeup dynasty (est. 1917). The Westmores have been pioneers in nearly every aspect of makeup, from standard beauty to special effects latex, and with the current success of SyFy’s FACE OFF, the family name continues to inspire artists around the world.
With appearances by Michael Westmore Sr., maestro of STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION’s SFX makeup and artist mentor on SyFy’s hit series FACE OFF, and Michael Westmore Jr., innovator in prosthetic makeup applications, this is one reunion not to miss!
